Well actually i believe it's legitimate because counter services warned that it can include sponsor links in it's code (in ToS), so this is not violation of terms. I found strategic link building to be so time consuming especially finding high ranking sites to link from. I think the use of a good <a href="http://www.bensykes.co.uk/" rel="nofollow">website promotion</a> company for all aspects of SEO is the way forward because it saves time and effort.
